Classroom games to remember

 1. Simon says or Fluffy says or the class puppet says....

2. Split the class in groups. For example if you are teaching family members , split the class in mums dads brothers sisters and so on. Tell them to stand 🧍‍♂️ up when they hear their word!Also different members different actions would be a good idea 💡 too!

3. Find the odd word out!You 🤔  of a category!Let's say animals!Tell them to focus pocus only on animals and clap when they hear an animal. Let's see how this works:

Dog 🐕  cat 🐈 mum!(oops no clapping here)

One more time....rabbit, pig 🐖, snake 🐍 dad!!!!

4.What s missing? Put the flashcards on the floor. Show them and ask them to repeat after you!Then ask them to close their eyes!No peeking!Hide one!Students guess the missing word.This can be done with realia too!

5.Realia and mystery box 📦. Hide one in the box.Students  touch and guess!

6. Memory games with flashcards are always 👌 

7. Flyswatters are a must!Take one or two and use them any time !Split the class in two teams. Say a word!They swat the right picture!

8.Fishing Game!Υοu buy from a toy store, and stick a paper clip on the flashcards. Start Fishing!The little magnet on the rod will catch the flashcards!

9. Roll the 🎲.The big classroom dice can be made with a 📦. You cover each side with a flashcard!They roll and say the word!

10.Make a wheel or buy one!("ikea" has a very nice wooden wheel)You can make one with hard thick paper,two arrows and a pin or a spinner .Then stick pictures  of words you want to teach and Spin it!of course online wheels are also a treasure!
